Jordan Auto Repairs and Tires Plus LLC has fixed cars for real people in Jacksonville. No runaround, no surprise bills.
Jordan Auto Repairs and Tires Plus LLC started with a simple belief: people deserve to know exactly what is wrong with their car and exactly what it will cost to fix it before any work begins. That belief has guided every repair we have done in Jacksonville.
Many customers come to us after a bad experience somewhere else. They were quoted one price and charged another, or they were told they needed repairs they did not actually need. We built this shop to be different. Every diagnosis is explained in plain language. Every price is confirmed before we pick up a tool. If you decide not to repair with us, we print out your full diagnostic report so you leave with real information, not just a bill.
Serving everyday drivers, families, and small business owners in Jacksonville has shaped who we are. The people who bring us their cars are neighbors, not account numbers. That is why we back every repair with an Up to 2-Year Warranty on Parts & Labor and why we keep coming back to do the job right the first time.
Our Jacksonville shop is set up to handle everything from a quick oil change to a full engine replacement. Customers are welcome to see where their car is being worked on. Clean bays, organized tools, and a team that takes the work seriously are what you will find when you walk through our door.
Why us
From the moment you pull in to the moment you drive away, we keep things simple, clear, and respectful of your time and money.
We diagnose the problem and explain it in plain language before any work starts. You know what is wrong, what it costs, and why it matters. Nothing starts without your approval.
The price we quote is the price you pay. If something changes mid-repair, we call you first. You decide whether to proceed. That is how it should work.
We know you need your car. Routine services like oil changes, brake jobs, and tire work are usually done the same day you bring the vehicle in.
Whether you repair with us or not, you get a printed diagnostic report. No vague verbal summaries. A real document you can keep or take to another shop.
Every repair we do carries an Up to 2-Year Warranty on Parts & Labor. If something we touched is not right, bring it back and we will make it right at no extra cost.
Bring us three or more vehicles from your small business fleet and you can qualify for up to 25 percent off labor (policy applies, terms & conditions apply). Ask us about the details when you call.
The team
Our team has been turning wrenches in Jacksonville for a long time. Every technician here has hands-on experience with a wide range of makes and models, from everyday sedans to trucks and older vehicles that need a little extra attention.
Our technicians have spent years diagnosing and repairing vehicles of all kinds. They stay current with the tools and methods needed to handle modern cars as well as older models that many shops no longer support.
Experience and proper practice matter in auto repair. Here is what backs up the work we do at Jordan Auto Repairs and Tires Plus LLC.
Our team has diagnosed and repaired vehicles in Jacksonville long enough to have seen nearly every problem a car can develop. That experience shortens diagnosis time and reduces guesswork.
We stand behind the work we do. Any repair we perform is covered by an Up to 2-Year Warranty on Parts & Labor. That commitment reflects the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.
We use professional-grade scan tools and diagnostic equipment to read fault codes, test electrical systems, and pinpoint issues accurately before recommending any repair.
Our technicians document findings and present them to you in plain language. If you choose not to repair with us, you receive a printed diagnostic statement so the information stays with you.
From engine and transmission replacement to window motor repair and pre-purchase inspections, our team is trained and equipped to handle complex jobs that many shops refer out.

2026-05-20I remember back in august 2023 I went on a solo trip to FL and rented a car that was having trouble with the air tire pressure light on the dashboard. I tried to explain my best to the man that helped me since english isn't my first language and I was so nervous. He solved it in less than 10mins and didnt even charged me a cent. The humanity, humbleness and gentleness prevailed. amazing service 100% recommended.
2025-05-27Mark did a great job on my truck, he is the best mechanic around he fix things 3 other shops couldn't..thank u so much Mark
